My Fifth Attempt To Get My Dishwasher Fixed. No Help From Your Company I Have

they tell me they have no one in my area. I have four names that service my area. They want me to find someone, pay the bill then submit it to assurant for reimbursement. NO that's why I have a contract

You haven't identified the brand for which there's supposedly no local service, so I can't provide the specific help that I'd like. But go to https://www.assurant.com/claims-and-support/appliance-and-tools-insurance,and follow the appropriate link. Then if necessary complain to Assurant corporate [see below]; and if that doesn't solve:

Complain to your state's consumer protection agency: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer

Consider filing a dispute with your credit/debit card company.. But bear in mind that even if the card company reverses the charge, the merchant may bypass your credit card company and pursue the charge in other ways.In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies.
