Super Slow Connection/browsing
For the last two days my experience with the internet has been terrible. Many pages do not load and I keep getting a message that there is a problem with the DNS. It is next to imposible to get anyonw to help in customer service or in technical support. I am in Miami Beach. Can you help? I am desperate. Thanks

It is a network problem from their end and they will let you know by when will the problem be resolved.
