Why does the audiovox portable dvd player model DFL710 say that no disc when one is available? I was trying to look up a diagram to try and look at the "guts" so I could try and troubleshoot myself. Any ideas???

The lense might be dirty or dead

Use a dvd lense cleaner to clean the lense of your dvd lense, if still not working then you will have to take it to proffessional repairman to replace the lense.

Hope that is helpful.
