I Purchased The Avast Anti-virus Pro On Line For $19.99 On 11/11/2012
and it wouldn't load on my computer.Called Tech support on 11/12/2012 and they said I needed to clean my computer because it wouldn't load bcause of computer issues . I told them I wanted a refund and they said I would have to request one from customer service , so that'swhat I am doing. My Name is Gary Compton e-mail address is . Thank You
