Someone Please Tell Me What It's Going To O Take To Get My Money Back From Avis

I had a car that was rented fraudulently online and they charge my account at $1366. My credit score from 680 to 320 after working on this for months. Seems like it's gonna take an act of Congress to get my money back . I realize that's not a lot of money to some people but to me it was . I had sent an invention in to go to production and it was ripped out from under me.I ended up in the mental institution because I hung myself. I have been found not liable by Avis and Wilbur and Associates. I spend every day on the phone for five hours try to get somebody to do something and just to care so maybe there are you maybe you can help me my phone number is 850-361-5888 or 850-475-8068 my name is Amanda Alcorn. I have called way over 100 times. I sent it 37 pages of the statement and all my paperwork. I have spent every day on the phone .Something is wrong with your system to give someone that has followed everything your company has told me to do.now they put in touch with two other people that havenot bothered to call me back since Monday . I've emailed ,called them I don't know what else to do. If it was someone in corporate's family it might be different. This is just impossible . I would appreciate any help this is crazy

To cancel and request a refund you must submit a request on Avis.com, Avis.com.au or Avis.co.nz at any time before 6 hours of your scheduled pick up time by entering the reservation number and last name into the appropriate fields on the View/Modify/Cancel page. Once the reservation is displayed, click the "cancel" link and continue through the process to submit the refund request. Additional, you may also cancel and request a refund by calling (800)-331-1212 and providing the reservation number and name on reservation. Refund (prepaid amount minus the cancellation fee) will be issued to the card that you prepaid with.

  • All refund requests must be submitted within six months of the scheduled rental pick up date. No refunds will be granted after this six month window..
  • Your quoted rental rate is based on the exact parameters (locations, dated, etc.) of your particular rental - changing your confirmed reservation parameters could result in a different rate.
