Yes, they can. Avon offers credit card forms free of charge for their representatives. The rep merely fills in the customers information, have them to sign the form. The customer, rep get a copy and you mail the form to Avon for payment processing.

An Avon customer can pay their bills with a credit card by giving you their credit card and using the AVON credit card form you fill out the specifics such as type of card, card #, name on card, expiration date etc. You as the representative then send that to Avon along with your payment for that campaign. The cc form is free, when placing your order online just click on sales tools and click on cc forms, and type in the amount you want, then they mail them with your order.
