Campaign Brochures

AS AN INCENTIVE FOR AVON REPS AVON SHOULD NOT CHARGE FOR THE CAMPAIGN BROCHURES.  OR AVON SHOULD GIVE 2 PKS OF 10 OF THE CURRENT CAMPAIGN BROCHURES FREE TO EACH AVON REP????
