How Do I Lodge A Complaint Against An Avon Representative

My Avon Lady came by my job to deliver lotion. I had no idea she was coming and I did not have cash. She threw the books on the counter and said she has been here 6 times. I said mam you have my phone #, why didn't you use it. I dont appreciate the Avon lady coming to my job with this bs.

Before you call corporate, you can contact her leader and get an immediate resolution to the matter. When things like this happen, it makes us all look bad as representatives. I'm sorry you experienced this issue, especially in the workplace. Every customer should be notified prior to any deliver taking place. You don't have to deal with a rep such as this, there are too many of us floating around, willing to give you the service Avon has made famous for 125 years.
