I Ordered Some Earrings And Put N My Coupon For Free Perfume And Pd, No Delivery
i ordered earrings and put in my coupon i got with a tester kit i bought for $23 and my rep took my money and that was months ago. I have texted with her alot and all she keeps saying is avon won't deliver to her even tho she is under her credit limit. Which I have no idea what that means. all I kno is I paid for my stuff and want it or my money back! who do I contact over her head or call to get sumthing done??
