What is the Avon return policy?

Avon has a %100 money back guarantee.  You can either get credit towards the purchase of another item, an exchange or the representative can refund your money.  This depends on the arrangement you've made with the rep.  All returns should be made within 30 days of purchase as is customary with all purchases made through any retailer.  I have been a rep for nearly 20 years and have done many successful returns and my customer have been very pleased.

Return information is written on the back of the invoice included with your order. Simply fill out the form and return it with your item. If you no longer have your invoice, please call 1-800-265-AVON and a Customer Service Specialist will assist you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We'll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price if you choose to return it. All refundable products must be returned within 2 months from the delivery date and be accompanied with a receipt.

Your credit card will be credited once we've received and processed your return. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company's billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.

The previous answer works for products ordered through an Avon Independent Sales Representative. 

For products ordered online for Direct Delivery and not delivered by an ISR you'll want to contact Avon at 1-800-500-AVON (1-800-500-2866) 7 days a week between 7 a.m. and Midnight EST.

Any product is guaranteed 100%. Just return the product to the Avon Representative that processed your order, they will return it to Avon and depending on that representative's policy either grant you a refund or a credit. Since we are Independent Representatives, and do not "work" for Avon then each rep. has their own way of crediting you for the return, but ALL products are guaranteed, no matter when you bought the item, if you are not happy return it!
