Avon offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may call 1-800-265-AVON for an exchange or refund of the full price if you choose to return it. All refundable products must be returned within 2 months from the delivery date and be accompanied with a receipt.
If you ordered the product through an Avon Representative, you may also return the item to your representative.
