I Recently Purchased An Item (nail Care Kit)and It Does Not Work Properly.i Ask
I purchased an item that does not work.I ask that it be returned,and was told "sure, but it will cost you$5.00.Is ther really a charge to return an item ?If so,then it would cost me $15.00 to get back the$10.00 that I paid in the first place.

Yes, unfortunately it is NOT free for us Avon Representatives to send items back. I used to send my items back for free & by the end of the year I did the books & found out I had LOST over $1,000 that year. Avon is not worth people doing if they send items back for customers or give demos (like I did). It really is a shame. The stand behind their 100% return guarantee, but we pay for it. Sad.
