Can We Return Make Up?
I ordered a foundation that wasnt my skin color. I went to return it and the sales rep told me that i cant return make up and that i have to keep it and pay for it. Doesnt the 100% guarantee covers make up that doesnt match? If no, it wouldnt be fair to buy something again and again to see which one matches and then pay for the ones that didnt match. I would end up paying a lot for just one product.

100% guarantee means just that. Avon customers are allowed to return any product they are not satisfiied with, even makeup. I'd say two weeks after receipt, is an appropriate time frame to realize if the product doesn't suit you. Any longer than that, a rep may ask you to select a different shade rather than provide a refund. Always...Avon is 100% guaranteed.
