Mailing Address To Use To Cancel Membership
Each of the three mailed cancellation letters to Bally Total Fitness have been returned to sender. The most recent and third of these letters was addressed to Bally Total Fitness, P.O. Box 96241, Washington DC, Washington DC 20090. Further, each of the three cancellation letters have been mailed to a different address.I need the correct mailing address to send my membership cancellation letter.
