I Used To Have An Account With Your Bank (a C.d.) But That Was Until About A Yea

I was a customer of your bank in Long Island, New York until a year and a half ago when I took out my c.d.  I just received an email supposedly from your bank saying that they are blocking my online banking as I have made too many attempts to sign in with problems.  It is not true.  I think it is a scam.  I don't have an account and I never sign in therefore to Bank of America.  Either someone is trying to sign in for me and attempting fraud or the people who sent me your email are committing fraud to learn confidential info to steal my identity.  Did you send it?  Please let me know
