Need Help With Boa Mortgage Refinance

Bank of America already holds our mortgage and our refinance application was supposed to be streamlined. Now our refi officer (Joy Huddleston) is asking for documents that BoA already has--either because BoA already holds our mortgage, or because we sent in a complete signed package by BoA paid envelope one month ago. Moreover, Ms. Huddleston is not contacting me as requested to discuss documents, and her phone extension (888-868-4863, opt. 1, opt. 3, opt. 1, ext. 38233) is not working, and has never worked since she first gave it to us in late August. She also claims she cannot open my email, which is frankly unique--it has never happened in the ten years I have had this email address.

I tried a reverse phone lookup on 888-868-4863 and could not find a record. Are you SURE this is really BOA? The number I found for existing customer refis is 888.683.6405. I would call that number and see if you can find out who Ms. Huddleston's supervisor is and talk to him/her immediately.
