Reason why your bank account may get disabled.

1. If there is suspect illegal activity such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or writing bad check.

2. The creditor can seek judgement against you which can lead a bank to freeze your account.

3. The Government can request an account freeze for any unpaid taxes or student loans

If you didn't involve in any illegal activity that can make your account to get disabled the FBI will not arrest you.
