Results Of An Interview.

I interviewed with Barclays for a call center job in Henderson, NV approximately a month ago. I was told by the interviewer that I would hear BY TELEPHONE within a week. I have never heard another word regarding same. I would like to know why I have not heard a word about this, especially since she volunteered I WOULD HEAR BY TELEPHONE WITHIN A WEEK. I didn't ask her. I think the least an interviewer should do is have enough respect to follow up on their word when a person takes time out to come for an interview, to be given some hope and then hear nothing back. Definitely not good for public relations regarding Barclays Bank.
