Hi, I have a land line through basic talk and I want to switch the phone number to a cell phone through straight talk. Straight talk needs to verify or have permission or something to switch it from the current provider. They have a customer service number of 1-866-1840 verification No. 332264, refers to me (Becky Grell) The phone number they want to apply to my new cell is 402-253-8363. I would also need to cancel my basic talk monthly billing when this is transferred over please. I would appreciate your help with this matter. I suggest you visit one of the BasicTalk offices close to you. Your request is different from existing change of phone number which can be done online.
