Learn more dialing 311In participating areas, customers can use 311 to reach non-emergency government services.

When you dial 311, a customer service representative for the municipality/agency will answer your call. You will be asked for detailed information about your request. This information is sent to the appropriate city department for action.

311 calls will be included in the allotted minutes based on your AT&T Phone calling plan.

311 dialing is available in the following areas:
