How Do I Get To Speak To Someone In Canada With A 611 Problem.
Our phone (business) is not working called 611 twice promised 4 hours and tech would be here. Did not happen but now told that the tech guy was not skilled enough to come and now would send a skilled tech tomorrow. We are in a remote location ( a kids camp) and need the phone to work. I get the feeling I am calling India and the person has no idea of our location. How can I speak to someone in Canada?
