Hello, My Beltronics Rx65 Is Damaged, I Am Inquiring About Its Repair Cost, Ever

Hello, my Beltronics RX65 is damaged, I am inquiring about its repair cost, every time it is plugged in, after about a few seconds, all the buttons will not work, and the text on the display will stop changing. So the work stops and it doesn't work, how can I troubleshoot? Or how much will the repair cost? thanks.
