Faulty Monitor
Hi ,My BENQ monitor got faulty (no Display) starting this year. BENQ service centre charged me RS 2500 to replace some faulty parts. Within 1 month again my Monitor got faulty with same problem, Nothing comes up on screen. I again went to the service center and again BENQ is asking me to ay another RS 25000 to replace the same parts.I do not want to invest any more on this defective product. Please suggest the way forward.

There should be some guarantee on the new parts placed in your monitor. I suggest you contact Benq Corp. Office for assistance in resolving this issue.
