What Is The Big Lots Return And Refund Process?
I need to return my Mattress to Big Lots, but I do not know their policies and procedures.

biglots has many different mattresses with different warranties that vary by style. but as far as return policies go. if the item is un opened from the plastic cover on it you should have 30 WITH the receipt. un opened or stained or damaged mattress voids not only the return but also the mattress warranty as well for serta offers a great warranty but downside is any stains what so ever on the mattress voids warranty. so buying a waterproof topper is a high recommendation if you have children or toddlers sleeping on it. hope this helps
