Shark 2 In 1 Steam Vac-310008775 Was Purchased On 1/18/2012
There was only 1 cleaning pad included. The Shark was purchased at 1270 W. Capitol Ave. W. sacramento, Ca95691, Trans. :4558, Cashier-1532421 for 63.57.
Can you please send me the correct amount of cleaning pads? Thank you

Since you have your receipt it should not be a problem to return to the store with both the boxed steam vac and the receipt. You can explain the situation to Customer Service and they will either take a pad from another box or allow you to exchange or simply return the item.
Given the nature of the Big Lot purchases, it is not surprising that from time to time you get an apparently new item with a defect/flaw/or factory packaging issue.
Do not delay in returning to the store of purchase however because the longer you wait, the more difficult it can be to get that 2nd pad as they could run out. The store return policy is 30 days for refunds and exchanges.
