Signing Up For A Bill Me Later Account

would like to know how to sign up for a bill me later account, and can i use the account on any online site, and can you use account in store also like a credit card account?

Sorry no, Bill Me Later is now called PayPal Credit. You need a PayPal Credit account in order to use the services Bill Me Later once offered.

Bill Me Later has changed its name to PayPal Credit. No, it can't be used on all online shopping sites but only those that offer that method of payment. You use that account like a credit card account. The previous answer is mostly right, but you don't need to have an account first; the online merchant will give you the option of paying via PayPal Credit, and if you don't yet have an account, you'll be directed to a page where you can open one.
