Does Bing offer the "cached" feature that Google has recently discontinued?

Google did not discontinue the Cached feature. The link to the cached page was moved. To see a cached page just hover your mouse over one of the results and click on the three arrows (>>>) to the right of it. At the top of the preview, you will see a link to the cached site.
