My Bissell Vac Only Have Suction When Using The Attachment, Will Not Pickup From
Bissell Vac only have suction when using the attachment, the actual vaccum rollers will not turn and there is no suction.

I had the same problem with mine, My vacuum was plugged in the hose, where the vacc pics up debris from the roller on the floor, also the belt came off and was stretched, I myself took the hose off, after removing the cover to the vac over the roller, removed the roller and belt, I unplugged the hose, reattached it, replaced the strectch belt, used the same roller and put the cover back on the vac, turned it on and works, good as new, cost a few dollars for the belt.
