I Cleaned Out The Filter And Now All The Direct Gets Stuck In The Top Part
I cleaned out the filter and now all the dirt gets stuc in the top part and doesn't go into the canister. And also I can't get the hose wand to have any suction for cleaning furniture. Is it just a piece of carp? It's almost new.

Hey Mary! You may have a clog in the upholstery hose which can cause no suction.
