How To Lock The Parental Controls

It looks as if anyone, (children included) can go to the control pannel an shut off the parental control. my kids are computer savy and would not be hard for them.

you need a pass word as long as your make you pass word hard to guess one more think you need to put it on your computer logged in as administrator or they can disable it
