I Can't Connect To Some Of My Contacts

I have BB bold 9000 and it works perfectly until few days ago. First tells me :not sim allowed but when i restart it it is ok then i found that i can conect only with some contacts from my phone and i don't know exactly witch but for example i can't call my mother, but i can call to my fother i don't know whq. But they can call me. I'm very worried about coz that means my phone is not usefull anymore. And my FDN mode is disable i cheked this too. And maybe i shoud manshion that when i dial a number it says forword conection condisional or something
