This sounds like a scam that has been going around for many years now. Please do not send out your personal information, as they will use it to take money and/or your identity from you.

This is scam. I also received the same email with same ref. # and also replied.. Now they're asking me to pay consultation fee of 190 gbp. FOolish people..
