My Blackberry Id Doesn't Allow Me Ping

whenever i want to ping,verify blackberry id displays on my bbm €€and wen i enter the password,it opens €and after 5 min it says server not responding and won't b able 2 ping.pls what can i do cos it's giving me headache.my phone is blackberry torch
