Is There Literally No One And No Way To Get Someone To Talk To At Bc/bs?
I can't explain why there is no customer service going on there. no matter what buttons you push you can't get a person to talk to. They are holding checks. I am a provider and changed my address. They told me to contact them to authorize then to release my checks but they don't pick up the damn phone.
