This is the answer given in their websitefor the online bill payment question:

If you are enrolled in an individual Under 65 product (most products) , you can pay your bill online. To pay your bill online, select View Bill / Make a One-time Payment from the My Account, Benefits, & Claims tab. If you do not see the link, you may not have access.

If you meet that criteria, you could check and see if your account is enabled for online access by following the instructions above. If you want to, you can contact their support to see if you have any other options. You can find the contact details here:
