I Purchased A Credit For $l50.00 At Bonefish Grill In Florida It Was Not Honored

On Feb.9th I purchased what I thought was a credit/gift card for 2/14/17. The reservation was made with Clearwater Florida restaraunt at 7PM. I received conformations from both Waltham, Mass. and Tampa but not Clearwater. The reservation was a GIFT to my brother in Florida who was unable to use it because he did not have a Certificate verifying the purchase of reservation??? Never received a CERTIFICATE!!! How embarrissing is this, it was my brothers birthday present and it was for Valentines Day, for him and his wife. I expect a call promptly and some type of compensation for this huge mistake.Carol Pellecchia..
