Looking For A Refund

Dear Sir or Madame, i cancelled my booking for Alberque Cetina booking number pin no.9097. i have been charged 72 euro and i am looking for a refund . it was a total mistake as it was in the wrong narea as you can see i have rebookedn with you in the area i will be in. i would not have noticed but for one of nthe ladies became ill. i cancelled this on the 3rd of May.i called the property but noboddy couild speak english so i got nowhere. nPlesse can you help me here in this matter as i have used booking .com for all my bookingsthanking you in anticipation best regardsEllie Keating
