I need help changing a reservation date. I have tried the options available at Booking.com, and I have called the hotel (Days Inn) directly. I am unable to make the necessary changes. Please help me. I am scheduled to check in Tuesday, June 13th, and I need to change the check in date to Thursday, June 15th. Booking . Please help me. The reservation is for Days Inn in Santa Barbara, California under my name, Barbara (Barb) Rudolph. Please help me. If I do not get this corrected shortly, the change will not be free.

Sorry for your problems, but as you must know, we, an independent help site, have no access to your account. Unfortunately you haven't told us in what way you're "unable" to make the changes you want. I suspect you may already know Booking.com's instructions for changing a reservation--but in case you don't, I've quoted them below. If those aren't working for you, consider the following:

call the hotel and politely but firmly ask for the manager
call Booking.com's customer service: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/booking.com/customer-service
call Booking.com's corporate office: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/booking.com/Corporate%20Office.

"You can cancel or change your booking by signing in to your account. If you don't have an account, you can create one here. Please remember to check the property's cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy. Room-specific cancellation information is included next to the room type under the "Conditions" column."
