About A Phone Bill, How To Get It Reconnected

my phone got cut off this morning, I usually pay 45 a month, but then I recived a bill from you saying it was 55. What is goin on?

Hello,

Boost Mobile INC has a thing that shrinkens your bills every 3 months ( up to 30/35$) for every none late payment. When you forgot to pay your bill your service was reinstated to the original price.

However few months time this will go down.
