Why Am I Abeing Charged $50 When My Plan Is $35/mo?

6 months ago I started my plan with Boost for $35/mo. and was told my rate would go down $5/mo. every 6 months. I go to pay my monthly fee and a very ruid girl named Jojo told me it was $50 what kind of crap is this company doing? I demand an answer on this and thid type of individual should not be working with people!!!

Hi. I would suggest you contact Customer Service and double check the currently monthly rate and proceed to launch a complain with customer affairs should need still be.
