No Help...just The Runaround

Me and my wife joined Boost Mobile to get away from contracts but to find out they are rip- offs.We both got the $45 plans with 5g of data after the 1st mo they told us abt the $35 with 2,5g with the autopayment.We went for it but after 2 Days making the initial payment her phone was off..when you called her phone it said # is not available she couldn't get texts or make phone calls; so we called her automation system (account) no payment was made so we made another payment through the automation system with her credit card then her phone turned back on but at the same time she was doing it as well with another payment so now they had two payments of $35 and now they would not give us a two payments of $35 credit back to us they keep giving us the runaround then we have to wait 5 to 10 business days which we have waited is now going almost into the new month and nothing still hasn't been done about it we tried with our bank but I bank saying that they took 3 payments of $35 which one I would say is horrible but the other two they took and now we cannot get it back so someone please give us a response back two this a and going out count and check that we may want payment and no money has been issued back to the credit card thanks
