Why Cant I Talk To Real Person

trying to pay my bill unabel to get to real person wasted hours on the phone why is it so hard to deal with you people

Unfortunatly you have to go through the menus like your going to report a lost or stolen phone and then it will kick you to a real person

Wait A FEW SECONDS for the menu to go to English SPEAKING AFTER IT GIVES YOU THE FIRST OPTION, then press 5, on the next menu press 2, then 4 and after the menu goes through all of the options wait a few more seconds and it will ask you if you would like to talk to a Boost rep simply press 0 and THEN PRESS 2 you're connected.
