Why No Corporate Contact Number

i had a problem. I purchased a defective phone had to return it to manufacturing and get the dervice restored. after receiving the phone from manufacturing it took boost 8 customer service reps , 4 supervisors, and a host of redundant reports from supervisore to the engineering dept and the resolutions dept 3 weeks to get my phone service. I received lies after lies, and when I tried the corporate office i got numbers thar were out of service. Thats not a company I want to do business with, It sounds like something I would see on  American Greed. It would never happen with Verizon, which I ended up buying for my wife because she needed a phond during the period of confusion
