Cannot Access My Dial Pad For Automated Systems

Each time I attempted to contact Boost Mobile for assistance in closing tabs on my phone, I was unable to press the dial pad when prompted. The recording doesn't acknowledge that I made a selection. Therefore, this is actually two problems and not at all what I expected when I purchased this device.
