Greetings - Have you already set your phone's APN (Internet and MMS settings) - MMS settings are necessary for a phone to be able to send and receive Multimedia Message files (like photos). You can obtain these setting by simply contacting your carrier. Call your carrier even if you had already setup your APN as either your phone's settings or their systems should be having issues.
