Why Is My Phone Out Of Range, It Is 7172249012?

My phone stops just minutes ago and I am trying to call again but it says out of range, why is that, this is for the first time happens to me??????

There maybe interference or otherwise lost signal on their end (not yours). Just try to call again, if still out of range it'll either tell you or send you straight to the voicemail. On some networks, it might mean they have you blocked. Depends on the cellular network. Try to call that number from a different phone.
