MY PHONE IS A NEW SAMSUNG BOOST MOBILE PHONE. IT IS DIFFICULT HEARING FROM BOTH SIDES.ALSO IT BREAKS IN BETWEEN.

Such problems can be caused by the fault of the third party software. recommend to restore factory settings first. If the mobile phone can be powered on, please enter into Menu-System Settings--Back up and reset--Factory data reset.2. If the mobile phone cannot be powered on, please enter into recovery mode, choose wipe data/factory reset to erase the user data. 3.To enter into Recovery mode: Firstly,hold the power key and volume down key;secondly,use vol- key and vol+key to move the cursor to wipe data/factory reset,press power key or menu key to select it;Thirdly,move cursor to yes,delete all data,then press power key to select it.4. If the fault still happens, please contact authorized service center to upgrade software, as generally upgrading software can solve such problems.back up all the datas and contacts to sd card before performing rest your device this method will delete all the datas and contacts.
