how do I fix that no one can hear mewhen I receive incoming or outgoing calls and the volume is all the way up how do I fix this problem without ereasing any of myphoto please help trenda livingston

Greetings - The phone's mic must have sadly gone bad and must need be replaced (at your nearest phone repairs shop). And yes, phones' microphones are not volume-level adjustable - the ear-peaces or stereo speakers instead are volume-level adjustable and controlled by the phone's volume controlers.
