Dial Pad Won't Come Up.

I can touch the green phone button and make calls but I can't bring up my dial pad on my zte phone to make selections. That and my end call button doesn't work. To end a call I have to turn the phone off. I also cannot receive texts and it takes forever for a text to go out.
