I have been trying to get a customer service rep. on the line for the last hour with no luck. What is it that I need to do?????

Hello,

As you know Boost is owned by Sprint. Sometimes companies that are owned by another ( phone companies do this) will have the same information you should have. Boost Mobile might be on a busy call center job. Please check along with our partner contacthelp.com
